It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we need your help to spread some Christmas cheer!
We are in need of lots of volunteer elves to help make our entire campus a winter wonderland! When you register, select the day/s and shift time/s that you would like to serve.
Decorating the Kids Creek Area:
- Sunday, November 15: 12:30pm-5:00pm
- Monday, November 16: 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm
- Tuesday, November 17: 9:00am-12:00pm (if needed) or 1:00pm-4:00pm (if needed)
Decorating the Lobby, Auditorium and Student Center:
- Sunday, November 22: 12:30pm-5:00pm
- Monday, November 23: 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm
- Tuesday, November 24: 9:00am-12:00pm (if needed) or 1:00pm-4:00pm (if needed)
Some helpful information:
- We are in need of some muscle (ahem, this is for you guys!) to help move heavy boxes and set-up big trees on Sunday, November 22nd, after our church services.
- While we’d love to have everyone join us, projects may not be suitable for children younger than high school age. Scissors, hooks, ladders, box cutters, and other sharp or heavy supplies will be in use throughout the space. To help keep everyone safe, please consider whether this environment is a good fit for your children and keep them under your supervision at all times.
- All decor supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your own work gloves (rubber gloves work well too) to help with tree set up and fluffing. We could also always use more step ladders for those hard-to-reach places when hanging.
