Graduating High school is such a special time in a students life! As a church, we desire to honor our seniors and support them as they go out into the world. Senior Sunday is a great opportunity for our church to pray for, encourage, and celebrate this next season of life.

We’re excited to introduce a fun and creative way for our church family to support our graduating seniors this year!
On May 3, you’ll find laundry baskets in the main lobby labeled with each senior’s name. We invite you to help send them off to college by bringing practical items they can use, such as towels, school supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent, gift cards, and other essentials. Our hope is to bless them with their physical needs met as a tangible expression of our love and encouragement.
That Sunday, you’ll also find an index card and a sticky note under your chair. The index card is an opportunity to write a personal note of encouragement to a senior. Half of the notes will be given to them that day, and the other half will be mailed a few months later as a meaningful reminder of your support. The sticky note can be used to share a favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you.
If you’re unable to attend church on May 3rd, you’re welcome to drop off your items and notes at the church offices ahead of time.
